Sawing:

A variety of CNC-operated vertical and horizontal band saws can cut bar and plate up to 16" thick and 12' long.

 

Flame Cutting:

Torch and plasma cuts repetitive shapes from almost any grade of steel up to 4" thick. Both are CNC-operated and can store work specifications in memory for quick retrieval. For a faster quote e-mail your prints to cad@tndie.com.

 

Grinding:

Utilizing the latest grinding technologies for finished surfaces up to 64" cross corner, +/-.002" thickness and flat and parallel within .003".
